Bel Air Aviation A/S is a Danish family owned Helicopter Company with main base at Holsted heliport. Bel Air was founded in 1994 by Bjarne & Susanne H. Lastein. Bel Air is a dependable helicopter operator who is able to take care of transportation of passengers and spare parts to platforms, rigs, seismic ships and wind farms in the North Sea. The focus is on safety, quality, honesty and a high degree of flexibility at all levels. Bel Air has two new AW139 helicopters. The AW139 is the only helicopter in the offshore business, which is able to fulfill the performance requirements, with full load, when taking off from an offshore platform. The AW139 is certified according to the latest requirements for lightning strike protection, crash worthy, bird strike protection and other important safety issues. Bel Air is operating 9 helicopters and will be able to perform offshore flights, taxi flights, hoist- and sling operations of all kind. |
